Ok, this REALLY gets me!
Banks won't give anyone change of dollar bills unless they HAVE AN ACCOUNT! What gives??
I can understand not cashing a check, but to get CHANGE??? Sometimes I get 20's at the market and need fives/ones etc. They gave my DH a hard time and said that, if we give them counterfeit bills, they cannot charge our account. But can't banks check for counterfeit bills when you hand them to the teller????
