2-10 ounce packs of frozen strawberriesin syrup, thawed

4 eggs
1 1/4 cup veg. oil
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 t. cinnamon
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 cup chopped pecans

350 oven for 50 minutes to an hour
makes 3 loaves or many small loaves.
easily frozen

Grease and flour 2, 5x9 bread pans
Medium bobwn stir thawed berries, syrup, eggs, and oil
Large bowl mix flour, sugar, cinn,, b.s., salt, and nuts
Add wet to dry and stir until blended
Pour and bake

I received this at Christmas from a neighbor. It was so moist and tasty in the middle of winter I had to get the recipe.

When the kids were little I spent hours baking with them. Now I hardly make sweets because no one eats them any more. I think it's sad. We're all so food conscious now.

Remember the days of butter, sauces, icings, gravies, and decadent desserts?

Speaker, it's 2 large loaves or many smaller ones. I have this awesome device that is four small loaf pans connected so you can bake four little ones at a time. I have 2 of those so when I'm cranking out bread I can cook 8 at a time.

If I recall right I could make 6 little ones. Something like that.

When I went in Sam's Club last night I ran into a friend who pulled a paper out of her purse. It was a copy of this recipe. She had just printed it yesterday and was going to it.
