I saw an infomercial the other night for an exercise video. I was vewry impressed and ordered it. Its called HIP HOP AbS, party bounce. If this can't get literally anyone in better shape I eat my hat...Check out:

I know a woman, single mom of 2 teenage children, who got into Turbojam to a point where she's being trained to become an instructor. She lost 20 lbs. after gaining alot of weight because of her cancer combined with a malpractice surgical procedure that left her with shaky balance, headaches, etc. She used to jog and cycle quite heavily but now her "injury" has left her permanently damaged.
She's in her late forties. Her story is incredible from several different angles. The fitness story is only part it.
