Does anyone belong to the National Assn of Women Business Owners?

We have a couple of local chapters...a friend is encouraging me to join...or at least attend a meeting.

I realize it's about "networking" etc.. How is it better than the internet?? www.nawbo.org

Other than actually meeting some other business women face to face, its no better as far as I can tell. Large chapter here too, and all they do is socialize, gossip and drink!!!

Ahhhh, ok. I had gone to one meeting and was not impressed. It's expensive I know.
