chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	I nearly died when hearing this....If you have a credit card with a $5000.00 balance and they charge you 22% interest monthly and you pay a minimum payment of $100.00 per month, (are you sitting down?) that $87.00's of that hundred dollar payment goes for interest and it would take thirty years to pay it off. Now I remember why I carry one credit card and the money is deducted immediately from my checking account. There is no way anyone can handle multiple credit cards, utilities, gasoline and Insurances and a mortgage, not to mention some of us like to eat...
