I love the final one. I definitely need to fast from myself. Being silent with God restores my soul and calms my anxious heart. I think if we start with that one, some of the others will soon follow.

Life is about attitude and choices. We can choose to do any of the above. Why not make the Godly choices?

Because it ain't always that easy. Is it? But we have to give it a whirl and at least keep trying.

chatty, I'm grateful for all the little sayings, quotes, prayers, pictures,etc. that fly around the internet. People who may have never been privy to this information now have it at their fingertips. It would be interesting to learn how many lives these emails have changed.
