Hi everyone,

I typed a long response yesterday - and it went to "la la land".

Anywho, yesterday I was getting onto BWS trying to figure out how to start a new topic - so I could ask for prayer, and lo and behold, I find you are praying for me already!

Thank you so much, your love and kindness brought me to tears.

Well, the news is that it looks like my husband and I are divorcing after 20 years of marriage. I am just heartbroken.

The insanity of his life came to light march 6th - and I have been trying to "work with him" since, to no avail. He keeps making bad choices.

I have been in Seattle for 2 weeks going through training with Alaska Airlines. God has finally given me wings! (lol). I will be a customer service agent at the denver airport - the part-time job will help me in my transition, giving me benefits and some other options.

I am going forward with joy, believing that God has a plan for my children and I, to bless us, and give us peace and joy.

Please pray that I would remain strong, that we would be able to come to equitable terms, and also pray for my kids.

Thank you for your prayers and support, it means the world to me!

Oh Danita, I am SO sorry. I was hoping this wasn't what was going on with you, but I strongly suspected it. I know how much this is breaking your heart, please know that we are here for you.
I will be at the Denver Airport on Sunday, Aug. 6, picking up my 13 year old. If I come to the Alaska Airlines counter, might I see you there? I hope so...I will give you a REAL Boomer hug.

Hi everyone,

I am doing well. I have my moments, believe me. The saddest part is feeling like I am losing the "life partner" that God gave me.

When all this first happened, I was grieving the thought of spending the rest of my life alone (and I've been thinking the next 20 years are going to be my best). I've realized that I don't HAVE to be alone - and there is a good chance that there is the "right guy" out there for me. I'm not in a hurry, BELIEVE me...but I'm hopeful.

I started my "on the job training" out at the airport...it has been wonderful.

The hard part is going from two weeks on my behind (classroom training) to 8 hours on my feet!

Thank you praying - God is good - HE is able - and HE is enough!

p.s. On my first day I met a woman named "DANITA"!!!! Now, I'm 40 years old and I have NEVER met someone with my name. How cool is that.

This is so frustrating because I posted a message to you and like so many of my other posts, it vanished. Grr...

You are a beautiful woman, inside and out and you will land on your feet (not that you have to worry with your new wings!) Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
