My stomach is such a wreck. I must have to get up and run to the bathroom at least five times while I'm reading the messages here.

No doubt, they will probe me...I have an appt. with my doctor today, but at this point I don't care. I'm living on Rolaids.

I started thinking about what might be stressing me. Let's see...my cat almost died, had to go to AZ to get my son married, had to see all the ex relatives and my parents, my dog died, had to put my dauthter into rehab, my granddaughter, who is having problems is here. Gee, do you think this has anything to do with it?

On the upside, it keeps me thin. Every single thing I eat runs through me. I'm like my bird, Sammie, pooping every 10 minutes. [Eek!]

Dianne...sorry to hear you are feeling poorly today.

We have a virus running around here, leaving people with sore achy joints, headache and running to the bathroom.
Sometimes, I have trouble telling the difference between truly being sick or just stressed out.
Stress can make you sick.
It been a real stressful time for you, one thing piled upon the other.

Might have him check for acid reflux.

Hope you feel better soon.

Dianne, sorry too to hear you're feeling poorly . With all the things you've recently gone through it sounds like collitis which can be brought on by stress. A woman I worked with 20 years ago had it from the stress on our jobs (I.R.S. auditors ugh). Hopefully he can give you something to quell the nerves for now, if that's what it is. Please tell us what the doctor says as soon as you can. Love ya!xxxxxxxxxx

For those of you who hate traditional fiber:

Arbonne has a fiber shake that gives you 1/2 of your daily intake of fiber with just one shake. It tastes like an "orange julius"..and has other wonderful vitams and minerals in it...no sugar in it also.

She put me on an eight week dose of stomach meds and I have to go back and be checked again. I can feel my stomach throbbing at night. I've had ulcers years ago and could be on my way there again so I'm doing everything she says.

I have colitis but this feels different. No pain involved. I spit up a lot of acid. Gross, sorry. This medicine is for acid reflux and if it doesn't work, I'll have the old probe down the throat.

I have taken fiber before. Yours sounds yummy, Danita. If I ever need fiber again, I'll buy some from you. At this point, I need something to stop the "flow" of things!

Dianne, feeling any better today? Wondering if you've been exercising? That helps me tremendously with stress.

In several baby books I have here it mentions the BRAT diet when a baby has diahrrea. Maybe it can help a little. BRAT stands for bananas, rice and toast.

At any rate, I hope you're feeling better too.
