chatty lady Writer Registered: 02/24/04 Posts: 20267 Loc: Nevada	I am somewhat confused, all the women I'vebeen able to interact with seems so nice and yet I myself and sevewral others I have read about felt ignored in the postings. I have to ask myself why is this happening? What can we do to avoid it in the future. I does seem like its just a certain few that are posting all the time and good for them, we need more input ladies. Maybe more interaction would cause less feelings of being left out. I for one try to answer ALL posts....Any ideas?

I appreciate response to my posts, but I don't require them. Many times I read a post that I like, but I don't respond because I have nothing to add. I just enjoy posting and enjoy responses but I just figure no one had anything to say if they don't respond. smile

I've considered having moderators for groups of topics, but am not at the point where I can pay to do that. I've discussed this with my web queen and she shared that the bigger sites do that. I'm not there ...YET. I do hope to get there. I know time is an issue for many of the women in here. I think it works best when we visit, share in the forums that we are attracted to, and not feel pressured to do more than that. I don't want people to feel stressed when they come here. Just do as they please, connect, encourage, support, and hopefully feel the same. I am open to suggestions!

I did feel that maybe this wasn't the site for me but that was the first couple days only then I got a feel for how long it takes some of the women to post. Its very laid back here. I love this site and don't feel my days complete until I jump in and see whats shaken. Your site is better than most I've been on and I love the way its set up so you always know exactly where you are. I hope you don't feel I was being critical of the forum or you. ABSOLUTELY NOT....
