I went off HRT after hearing about the dangers or warnings and should be just about finished with menopause anyway. (They call it menopause because it makes men pause and say, Ohhh).

I started vitamin therapy. E helps with the night sweats, flaxseed oil helps everything!, fish oil and niacin help cholesterol levels and primrose evening oil is supposed to help with water retention, etc. (can't take it as it gives me really strange dreams).

I also started using the South Beach Diet. I've lost 14 lbs. and have so much energy. I feel better than I've felt in years and I'm looking pretty darn good too! [Big Grin]
