Well given my latest news that I have the estrogen level of a post menopausal woman, I am tickled to see that so many of you are living happy, non-murderous lives after menopause.

I am on a natural estrogen... but have only been on it a week or so now. I can tell that it's beginning to work because I've only thought about cutting up my husband into tiny, bite-sized pieces about four times today. That's gotta be good, right?

Frankly, I am so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired that I would eat frog eggs for breakfast everyday if I thought it would help.

My question to those of you that have been down this road is: Will I ever feel like I want to have my tractor cranked again??? [Eek!]

My husband keeps trying to jumpstart mine and I always send him packing. I haven't wanted to plow in a long, long time, so I'm hoping the estrogen will work some sort of farm magic for me.

Still laughing, still laughing, bubble snot from the nose laughing....pulled out a gun and shot him!!!!! One more sign of menopause I guess, this black sense of humor of mine....I find absolutely hysterical the most inappropriate of things. But I can remember the night before my hysterectomy and my husband trying to be supportive by saying that maybe the hysterectomy would restore me to my "old pleasant self"....fortunately for him there was enough pre-surgical valium in me to stop an elephant!

Sher, my tractor hasn't moved in such a long time, it's stuck in the barn and the barn doors have rusted shut!!

Don't know what I can tell ya, I'm still waiting! [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Bummer, Vicki. I sort of had my heart set on being a sex kitten in my old age. [Wink]

I think my "dry spell" has a lot more to do with a horrible weight gain and depression.

Like Dotsie said, don't give up. Maybe as we get older we have to work a little harder to get there, but that makes it all the better, right?

I think that aforementioned cat outfit is mine [Roll Eyes]

I've always considered myself a sex symbol. Now I'm a sex symbol for balding overweight nerdy middle-aged (or older!) guys.

We takes what we can get haha.
