Whatever you do do not give up or stop once you hit a plateau, it will happen and BAM all of a sudden 3 pounds fall off. Thats what I did when I lost that 53 pounds. I am very happy for you and am coming down there to see you do the happy dance this spring....My goodness I posdted this under JJ's poem on page 7 and it turns up here and makes no sense what-so-ever...Yuk!
