JJ already has my advice on the stove.

I have a working stove. It's in my kitchen which is a combination mausaleum, monument, and museum. The mausaleum part has a a lot of dead stuff in jars and the museum exibits various out dated cooking devices from the days when I actually cooked. Then there are monuments to folks like Sara Lee, Mr. McDonald, and Betty Crocker, all of whom influence my present cuiinary preferences.

My overall cooking philosophy is, if you can't buy it while driving through, or microwave it, don't eat it.

I say forget the stove. Buy something useful like new shoes.

I am so happy for you! Doesn't it feel great to see some results? That is what kept me going! Also, thanks for the website (www.7naturallaws.com). I read EVERYTHING I can on health and nutrition so I will definitely take a look at this site. I think what I learn most from reading so much about this stuff are things I don't know about food. For years I thought food was just something you put in your mouth and digested (guuulp), but it's so much more than that. And there are so many small things you can do to cut back that give you results.

I can't tell you how happy I am for you. Keep up the GREAT work. You're on your way, girl! And to everyone else out there on that "lifestyle" change, DON'T GIVE UP!

Marg, Smiles (you crazy woman)Ladybug, Dotsie, The Divine Ms M (Meredith), Brenda, Nancy, Chick (you skinny minnie) and my bud Robin ... whew!

You all have made my week! No joke. I feel like I have my very own cheerleading squad. Should I be sending you all matching outfits? hahahah... Wait! That would be sooo cool! Have you seen the broads who have the new show that are boomers and they went back to college? They have a cheer they do in a commerical that is hysterical!

AnyWAY...I just got back from my walk (@ 30 min) with Trixie and boy was it invigorating! I cannot believe how just changing a few things can change so MANY other things. It's like a domino effect.

Anyway, haven't lost any more weight, but steady as she goes!

Hugs, and here's your cheer for the day!

rah rah ree,
kick um in the knee,
rah rah rass,
kick um in ....
the other knee!

Hey, wait just a darned minute. We're moving into this cheering too fast.

I heard jj mention somrthing about uniforms. We could get new outfits out of this deal girls. I say we check out jj's offer of new designer duds before we jump into any cheering deals.

JJ, where's those outfits? Do we get shoes too? How about jewelry? I mean if we're cheering the queen we'll need whole new outfits.

Bring it on. I need some new stuff!
