The answer is NO.

You can strenghten the muscles in a certain area with exercise so that they hold the fat in a little more efficiently and you may look thinner in those areas, but your metabolism doesn't care where it gets the fuel, it just burns it as it is guided by your genes (sorry not blue jeans, not skinny jeans, not sexy jeans, just those nasty ole herititary GENES that keep trying to make you look like your mother and grandmother).
