I lost 10, but gained back 3 that I can't seem to shake. I think it's becuase I've been skipping out on Curves. As the metabloism changes we need to watch what we eat AND get exercise. It STINKS, but I don't know an alternative.

When I saw this topic, I wanted to throw darts at the screen. This weight watching is for the birds!
