Ann, I say put the treadmill in front of the television when a funny sitcom is on. Time will go much faster.

I also find myself hungry in the afternoons. Heck, add mid-morning and 8:00pm to that too! [Big Grin]

I'm not sure about this but sometimes I think the fact that I exercise pretty much every day makes me hungrier. Any thoughts on this?

What I'm doing is drinkinglots of water and instead of reaching for that handful of Wheat Thins, chips, pretzels, cookies, candy...you name it, I'm eating boring stuff like grapes, carrots, cheese without crackers, or the mini rice bbq flavored rice cakes. Also sugar free pudding or jello. Hope this helps. [Big Grin]
