I have problem feet too. The only thing that helped me was getting prescription inlays. I went to an orthopaedic for that. You don't have to have this pain Princess. Those inlays work wonders, but only those prescribed from a doctor.

Another thing that was very wrong for my feet were clogs or sandals. I need a solid hold all around. It's hard to find "pretty" light summer shoes like that, but there are more of them because there are more Boomers with flat feet, fallen arches, the whole gambit.

Hope you get help soon, because that pain can go right up your leg and into your back. And then you don't know where the pain is coming from. You will probably have to dispose of all your shoes because inlays won't fit in them anymore. Buy just a few new good shoes and bring your inlays along to insert before trying them on.

I rather have a pretty smile and cloggy shoes, then pretty shoes and a cloggy smile.
