Always wear rubber gloves when cleaning or washing up 3. always wear warn gloves in cold weather 4. ensure a balanced diet... the causes may be: using harsh detergents without wearing gloves poor diet not wearing gloves in cold weather... sorry for such a long post.. hope i've helped..

I don't even wear them when gardening and I know I should. I just like to feel the earth with my bare hands. Another product to keep your hands in great shape is the hand set by Mary Kay. I buy mine from Patti on this site. It's a three step process that is so worth using. I keep mine in the kitchen and try using it every morning. I used it this morning and my hands feel rich and creamy. Besides, Chat, I make so many typos myself, that I don't catch, when someone else hits the wrong key it jumps out at me. Don't hang your head. I love a smiling face!
