Well?
I say that now compared to 25 years ago, now I eat spicier foods, much broader range of foods. I started to like Kalamata olives and Mediterranean style foods (beyond pizza and ravioli) starting in my late 20's. Sushi and sashimi actually came into my palate around early 30's..since Chinese cuisine does not normally include raw fish/raw seafood. So at this time in life, my stomach is like a cast iron cooking pot ... and I don't feel after effects.
Wonder if it would change alot 30 years from now?

I eat anything I want and rarely get an upset stomach. Heartburn on a rare occassion.

So far my stomach has been my best friend, but it's been gowing a bit too much.

After the birth of my daughter (1985), I suddenly could not eat broccoli, which was a real problem since I was used to eating it a lot, both raw or cooked. Tried Beano and even that didn't help. I would wind up with stomach pains that would last for hours, so I learned to (sadly) do without. Then about 7 years ago, I was dying to have broccoli and so I tried it again...and had no problem! I am so happy because it's not only delicious, but so good for us. Oh, and my daughter was my second child - had no weird food problems when my son was born, 5 years earlier.
Other than this episode, I eat whatever I like, and always have.

I can't drink coffee after 4 PM. It rips up my stomach. I used to drink it late into the night.

I like stinky foods for some reason. By that I mean I could eat seafood and fish for B,L and D. I love muscles and clams and oysters, olives and Mexican food, salsa and Tilapia, sushi and wasabi, artichokes and spinach and deviled eggs....mmmmmmm!
The only time I get reflux is when I have to swallow a pill coated in that plastic stuff. It sticks to my throat and gags me then burns for hours.
