Traditional breakfast foods can help you sleep sounder at night. Baked potatoes are great for the digestive system; they do away with acid in the intestines. Oatmeal and bananas have melatonin and serotonin, which sedate you and put you in a peaceful mood. I've tried the baked potato
thing and believe I do sleep better after having eaten one.
Perhaps you already knew this, perhaps not. I do know lots of ladies have trouble sleeping. So, I just thought I'd share this bit of info with my boomer buddies.
