I am so new to this --it took me 15 minutes and help from my daughter to find out how to send a message. I know I will not have a lot of time to message back and forth, but I think it is wonderful that we have this available to us. It has been a comfort just to read what you all have shared with one another. Now for my concern, worry, and reason for all this... I am well into Menopause experiencing all the negatives and positivies"!?!", I haven't had a period in over a year, I have regular(normal)pap smears, but each month just as if I were having a period, I get cramps, they usually last for 1 day but have increasing gotten much worse, last longer, and are extremely painful. Has anyone else experienced this, I tell my husband--it's as if my ovaries are having dry heaves! Does this sound normal.......... :
