I sometimes shop at the local PetsMarts here and when I do I take my catalog along so I can show it to them and get that catalog price in the store. For instance, I buy the Doggy Training Pads in a box of 100. In the store the cost is $31.00 but in the catalog the "all the time" price is $19.99 that is quite a saving.
