This is a good refreshing fruit salad. My family asks for it all the time. It seems at first that there isn't going to be enough liquid in the bowl, but after it sets awhile it creates it's own juice. However,if you like more juice in your fruit salad, you can always add another jar/can of peaches.

Fresh Fruit Salad

1 qt. jar of home-canned peaches, juice included; or 1 (16 ounce) can of sliced peaches
1 red apple, cored and chopped in chunks
1 yellow apple, cored and chopped into chunks
1-2 cups Red grapes
1-2 cups White grapes
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
2 bananas, sliced medium thick
1 cup fresh blueberries

In a large bowl, combine all fruit and mix. Chill & serve.

Note: When using fruit that will turn brown, use a fruit preserver such as “Fruit Fresh”. The chopped apples can be soaked in a small bowl of water mixed with a couple of Tablespoons Fruit Fresh for a few minutes before adding them to the bowl of fruit. (Do not add the bowl of water though….just remove the apple chunks) And the banana slices can be coated in a bowl or saucer of just the Fruit Fresh powder before adding them to the bowl of fruit.
