I just read a fascinating article from Wisconsin Public Radio. They were reporting on some gerontological research done at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on how music affects our brains.

It's enough to make me want to start planning my own personal playlist right now. After all, I can absolutely enjoy the music now, but apparently it would have healing benefits should I ever develop any sort of dementia.
