GOT GERMS


Went to the dentist, to have my teeth clean,
Hygienist complained, assistant fled the scene.

When I asked why, she turned a bit red,
Looked a little weird, then shook her head.

The girl is as sick, as sick can be.
Thought whatever it is, hope it doesn't get me.

But a few bad germs, must've hung around,
For a virus has implanted, a rather huge frown.

Ain't nothin' like a summertime cold,
To turn bright skies dark, and make ya feel old.
