I've been asking my pg darling Step-daughter what it's like. Yes,I have had pg sisters, but when they were having babies, I never thought to ask since I "thought" I'd learn myself so........

DSD tells me that a good way to describe what it feels like to have a human being move inside of her is to take my tongue and move it around inside my mouth. Now I have DH doing it since he's never been pg either! LOL!!

Another thing I thought to ask if the baby has shown any peronality. Like, if she goes shopping, does he/she like it? (since they do not want to know if it's a girl or boy) If the baby expresses uneasiness, maybe it's a boy!!LOL!

Or if, when she is cooking and the baby is content, maybe a girl!

She has gained 12 lbs and is in her 29th week. No gestational diabetes. Thus far everything is perfect! I have been advising her to never complain about any uneasiness or discomfort, as I know hundreds of women who would trade places w/herin a flash! She's a very happy pg mother-to-be. And DH is VERY excited too!

How would you describe being pg to someone who has never been?
