I'm taking it you don't work from home? I love the cooler climates, but then again, I live in Alabama where our weather is called HUMIDITY. Period.

What I've been doing is walking either later in the afternoon (when the sun has gone down a bit, or walking later in the morning, but before the sun gets so hot. Thirty minutes can make a lot of difference. I don't like to wait too long because I don't eat breakfast until I'm done with my walking. I don't like to eat too late in the morning because that throws off lunch, and dinner.

I've really had no troubles adjusting to the time/sun difference...and we have daylight savings time change coming up, too.
