W-R-I-T-E IT DOWN. I have a huge whiteboard in my kitchen. When I run out of "stuff" I turn and immediately write it on the board. Otherwise, it's a lost cause.

I also have a list of things I hope to accomplish by day, week, month, and year. Check them off when they're done. It not only gives you a history trail, but it gives you a lift to know you've done something. Time or no time, you'll find a way when it's written down because it is constantly in your mind (oh, I have that on my list..gotta do it!)...
