celtic, interesting to hear what Poppie has to say becasue she's been away and may be able to see a difference from the last time she was there. You are with him constantly and may have a hard time getting a different persective.

Another thing that worked tremendously for our daughter when she was young, were star charts. Because getting her out the door to school was hard for a bit, we made a chart of all she needed to do before leaving.

Always get a second opinion. And remember, you know your child best. No matter what you begin and try, you can always see how L reacts and either charge forward or retract. Baby steps.

Eat breakfast
Get dressed
Brush teeth, etc

She loved getting the stars and it kept her on task. Children with ADHD are easily distracted. Anyway, might be something you wnat to try.
