We have them here in Balitmore and they are like big college dorms. Neat idea to buy ahead and rent. Wow, that makes sense because we're hoping real estate value is only going to climb at this point. Will they let you do that? There are also lists to get in retirement communities in MD too. Some have 2-3 year waits. Can you imagine when all the boomers begin doing this?
