Honey, I weigh 135 in one leg...and I'm 5'3" sooooo...anyway, there are several women on here who belong to curves and swear by it, so I think you'll have company. But ANY kind of exercise is a good thing. If for no other reason than to stimulate your mind, body, and soul. I would think new friendships could/would be formed by joining something like this too...that cannot be a bad thing! Good luck...I just walk every day.
