Have you ever tried "Facercise" "? I got the book and tape years ago. There are certain exercises for each part of the face.Most days on my 20 minute ride home I do the exercises I want while driving or sitting at a red light if I need my hands for one.(Really don't care if anyone sees me,but I think my windows are tinted enough.) My family has that double chin thing too.I really believe the Facercise has helped because,at 52, so far so good.
