Not too long ago my mother was feeling unusually tired all the time and her doctor gave her vitamin B shots. One a week to increase her energy level. She said after only a couple she felt like a kid again. She now takes an oral supplement everyday.

You can supplement your vitamin with a mere 15 minutes of sunlight on your body daily. When its cloudy for a day or even longer like in the midwest in winter, they have supplements you can take orally. There are also those special lightbulbs you can buy that act as sunlight. They really work too.
