Does anyone have a liquid soap dispenser built into the kitchen sink THAT WORKS??

We bought a new (used) sink and DH installed it in January. Having ALWAYS wanted a soap dispenser we bought one....about 20 bucks.

The darn thing DOES NOT WORK! Well, it does but I have to removed the pump part, pump it numerous times to remove the air, THEN it works.

But geesh......when DO they work correctly? DH has already gone back to my older Tupperware dispenser we used prior.

Anyone have a "quick fix-it" tip for these things??
