This is a recipe I tasted and devoured at a chucrh brunch yesterday. These babies melt in your mouth. No lie.

2 sticks butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
2 Cups Bisquick

Blend and chill in fridge. Drop into small muffin tins.
400 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes until nicely browned. These can be frozen. To serve, place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 for about 5-6 minutes.

Yield: 3 dozen mini biscuits that are to die for!
