Must be hard not to laugh whole-heartedly and allow one's own face to feel the goodness of a big laugh --with smile wrinkles.

In my humble opinion cosmetic surgery is justified for: faces disfigured by large birthmarks, burn /fire or other major injury.

Today on the commuter train, there was this lovely young and fashionable woman, about in her 30's who was badly disfigured by a huge red/purple birthmark that enveloped 1/2 of her face. Her marked face literally was 3x swollen-purple over her normal side. Many people found it difficult to look at her head-on without staring alot. Most definitely cosmetic surgery would have been most meaningful for her..an act of mercy.


By the way, what's a French manicure? Yea, I'm pathetic.
