I haven't noticed any changes in skin condition. Am in perimenopause...just fading away now.

I have had very dry skin on my legs since my late teens. Diagnosed by a dermatologist as icthomyosis..scaly dry skin. It is worst in colder winders. I have noticed my skin isn't so flaky here on balmier northwest coast.

I must use a super strong, hypoallergic moisturizing lotion on my legs...immediately after I shower. Every doctor will recommend that. (I asked my sis-doc also.) I use KeriLotion. There is a very expensive doctor's oriented brand, Uremol. I do use alot of sunblock when wearing shorts since I cycle loads.

My skin elsewhere is fine in terms of softness and suppleness.
