I attended a boomer funeral yesterday and couldn't help but realize that the eulogies were so boomerish. The two who spoke about my friend's life, mentioned the following:

skateboarding
surfing
music
hanging out in the van
attending concerts
living at the beach in the summer
having kids later in life
losing the battle to cancer

I recently read, and I think we discussed in the forums at one point, how boomers were going to do funerals differently than the generations before us. This one was different. It was lovely. They gave out CDs of his favorite music at the reception.

Very sad. He left two very young children. Please left them in prayer. Thanks.
