I am a daughter of the King of the whole universe (how cool is THAT???) and whatever He wills for me, is for the good of my soul. He loves me with an unending love. I love my life because I have everything I need on this earth - family, friends, food, shelter and a beautiful creation to gaze upon. I love my life because it is not like anyone else's. It is mine to live and learn and grow and explore. I love my life because I live in America, where others are willing to sacrifice for my freedom. I love my life because despite all the misery and heartache, I know it is not the end, but only the beginning... I love my life because....I have overcome a terrible divorce and economic disaster and though I lived in that marriage unloved, I am STILL loved and cherished by my Lord and Saviour. I realized that I was feeling an awesome sense of gratitude and it was because of all of us writing down what we love about our lives. Thank you for reminding me of what I need to be thankful for. This whole topic reminds me of the Thanksgiving table where everyone names something they are thankful for.
