My son recently attended a Christian skate camp and heard the gospel amidst his skateboarding peers.

This message came through loud & clear and has awakened his curiousity about his faith a tad more.

This is a child who has been in church almost every Sunday of his life and even attended a Catholic school with Religion classes for 2 years. We ask the blessing before meals and I have prayed with him most nights of his life.

I am reminded that it takes all people, styles, music, Bibles, approaches, ages, and activites to preach the gospel...and for that I am most grateful.

We often put our ministry in boxes that are all nice and neat and properly spoken. How ridiculous is that?

I agree but at the same time, I am guilty of putting God's message of love or ministry in a box from time to time.

I started a practice. At the end of the day when the Lord and I have our little talk, I ask HIM..."Lord, what did I do today to glorify your name?"

Sometimes, I don't like the answer.

Thanks for the gentle reminder...seems like I am getting alot of those lately...God works overtime too.
