Read in an article in USA TODAY, by Tracy Lucht, that stated:

Family businesses that are controlled by women are almost twice as efficient as those controlled by men. [Wink]

The ones run by women averaged about the same revenue as those run by men, but the had HALF the employees. [Razz]

This makes me think we are better at relationships and motivating, stroking people. Why do you think this is?

that is because we focus on every aspect of a business, not just the "business" side of things. We see the big picture.

We are woman, hear us roar...and operate...and care...and feel...and do!

I think it's because we're able to make important desions and we start at an early age. We try to prepare for our lives since high school.
