Donette (the publisher at Sun Rising Poetry Press) just recently joined the Boomer Forum but might not see this posting of yours since she's learning her way around. Just send her an email through the Sun Rising Poetry Press website and let her know you have NOT received your copy yet. I'm sure it was an oversight on their part - they are just super, super busy!
