Just plop me on a beach and I will be happy.

Many people go on vacation and sight see. Not me! All I have to do is be able to see the water.

Every time our family takes a vacation we hit a beach somewhere, for the most part. The guys often hit a stadium, gym, or something else to do with sports, but as a rule we sit and vegetate!

Unfortunately our kids haven't seen the Grand Canyon, National Parks, or other grand vacation destinations. We always talk about it but when we get to planning it goes back to the beach.

Someday we are going to get out west and believe it or not, it will be our youngest son's passion to skateboard that I believe will get us there. According to him, the best parks are far from our home on the east coast! Crazy how our kids drive our decisions.
