Any thoughts on the latest hike in gas prices?

The broadcasters on our local television stations are really blaming it on Labor Day weekend. Is that happening in your area?

If that's the case, I think we should all STAY HOME and not spend a dime on gas. [Mad]

We just traveled about 180miles south down the
coast here and found the gas prices higher along the way which surprised us.
They are blaming the higher gas prices on Labor Day weekend. I think it would be a good way to stop this if we could all stay home. I have to much to do outside the area but won't be traveling very far though.
We were celebrating my mother in law's birthday [Smile] on our trip. She is 83 today. Seemed happy to have her oldest son home on her birthday.
