Tried a new pasta yesterday and it was hit, a "crowd pleaser" as my one friend would say.

bag of bow tie pasta
jar of sun-dried tomatoes
little bunch of asparagus (steamed)
pine nuts
olive oil
red wine vinegar
fresh garlic
seasonings
fresh cheese (I used fresh grated Parmesan)

It's simple and tasty.

-Boil the pasta and drain.
-Mix the tomatoes, including every last bit of oil in the bottle into the pasta.
-Cut asparagus into bite size pieces and add.
-Add the bag of pine nuts.
-Add a little olive oil and red wine vinegar to moisten.
-Sprinkle with Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Salt, and lots of Jane's Crazy Mixed Up Pepper, and basil.
-Refrigerate and prior to serving, add the freshly grated cheese.
