This is a simple crowd pleaser!

1- 13 ounce can Chicken breast in water
I get mine at Sam's Club. You can buy about 5-6 cans wrapped together. My kids like this as an alternative to tuna.

1- block of cream cheese

1/2 cup mayo.

This is so easy and everyone loves it! The trick is to really smash the chicken. I use my Kitchen-Aid mixer to get the chicken thinned out. I can make this in a couple minutes.

Chill for a little bit and serve with Club or Pepperidge Farm butterfly crackers.

Found this while checking old recipes on the site and made it for lunch...really good!

Be sure to drain the water from the can of chicken.

I added some minced onion, chopped celery and just a tad of relish. I put this mixture, after it chilled for a half an hour, out with toasted tortilla chips and my two friends and I gobbled it up. Great recipe Dotsie!
