This is a recipe that I have been making for years. It is simple and you can use fresh or frozen shrimp. If using frozen make sure it is defrosted and drained.

1 lb. peeled, cleaned shrimp
1/4 cup butter
2 T. lemon juice

1 t. parsley
1 t. chives
3/4 t. season all
1/2 t. tarragon
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/8 t. ground red pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder

- Melt butter and add lemon juice
- Mix seasonings together
- Stir inot butter and lemon
- Saute shrimp in mix over medium heat until pink.

This is delicious served with rice or cous-cous. Hope you like it!
