Invisible Heroes: Survivors of Trauma and How They Heal. Belleruth Naparstek

I can't recommend this book enough for those of you who have endured abuse or have suffered a traumatic event in your life that has left you standing in the shadows emotionally.

Belleruth is one of the foremost experts on guided imagery and using music to heal. She's just awesome!

Sugaree, I think this may be a huge help for you. It's an easy read with a lot of personal stories and it's hard to put down.

Hope this helps some of you that might need it. If you go to her site: www.healthjourneys.com you can order it or many of her wonderful guided imagery cd's. I'm such an advocate of this woman. She's truly doing her part to heal the world. [Smile]

I think I need a real quick and intense dose of encouragement or something to rid myself of depression.

Did you see T.D. Jake's movie yet? I really want to but am afraid that it will hurt too badly.
