Read a newspaper clipping yesterday reporting that some 78-year-old man didn't want a puppy, so he tied the 10-month-old animal to a railroad track. The train engineer saw him and stopped the train and rescued the pup. Now how wacko is that! Are folks' born without a heart or what????? mad sick

I read about that one, too, jabber. Apparently they decided not to arrest the man because they determined that he seems to be suffering from dementia and didn't appear to know what he had done. Thank goodness the puppy was saved --

AND, maybe it's time for that guy to get more strict supervision regarding his daily care.

I should say. I didn't read about his dementia but guess that was obvious. Gosh you have to feel sorry for animals in the wrong hands!
