Today's article summarizes some of the outdoor activities that our climate offers --both up in the local mountains as well as by the water.

http://www.thestar.com/Travel/article/611204 The photo that you see is an area that is located in heart of downtown Vancouver. We do cycle near this area and shop in this area weekly on bikes.

British Columbia has one of the highest rate of people who live the longest in Canada, particularily in southern B.C.
